Logan Airport Travel Playbook

Start your travel off right by getting to Boston Logan International Airport with a plan! Massport has put together this handy Travel Playbook to make your trip smooth and enjoyable.
Getting to the Airport
For a comfortable and convenient ride to Logan, leave your car at home and take the Logan Express bus, the MBTA Blue and Silver lines, private bus service, or the water ferry.
The Logan Express, with locations in Back Bay, Braintree, Danvers, Framingham and Woburn, lets you relax with a comfortable and convenient ride that drops you off and picks you up right at your terminal.
Insider’s tip: If you take the Logan Express bus or the weekday water ferries, pre-book your ticket online and skip to the front of the security line once you get to Logan.

Airport App
Downloading the FlyLogan App helps ensure your trip goes smoothly. You can purchase Logan Express e-tickets through the app.
If you do decide to drive your own vehicle and park at the airport, reserve your parking spot early at FlyLogan.com since airport garages fill up quickly. And use Mark My Spot also on the app to locate your car in the parking garage.
Once in the airport, you can get handy flight updates, directions to your gate and enhanced WiFi. If you get stuck, you can get live virtual assistance from the airport’s service reps.
If you are traveling with kids, use the app to find a nearby Kidport in Terminals A, B and C and let the little ones have some fun.
Make the most of your airport experience by pre-ordering food for pickup at BOS2Go. You’ll be able to skip the line, grab your food and head right to your gate.

Airport Food + Drink
At every terminal you’ll find local eateries that got their start right here in the Boston area, from Legal Sea Foods and Alta Strada to Kelly’s Roast Beef, Wahlburgers and B.Good. Fresh markets include Berkshire Farms Market and Boston Public Market.
To sample a local brew, choose from Harpoon’s Tap Room, Cisco Brewers, Sam Adams Brewhouse, Boston Harbor Distillery and Boston Beer Works. For coffee lovers, you’ll find plenty of Dunkin Donuts shops along with Starbucks, Peet’s Coffee and more.
Airport Shopping
There are plenty of shopping choices at Logan, from bookstores and duty free shops to retail and gift shops. Pick up a limited edition ‘Boston Logan’ sweatshirt at Hudson News, NewsLink or Shop BOS. If you’re feeling lucky, there’s a Mass State Lottery kiosk at each terminal.
Now that you have your Play Book in hand, safe travels and enjoy your trip
