Generations of Irish people have been nurtured, influenced, and elevated by the Irish American Partnership, a Boston-based fundraising group that has carefully invested in education, community development, and peace initiatives across the island of Ireland.

To date, the Partnership has raised $63+ Million in support of programs in Ireland since 1986, and their work has paid off, as new generations of well-educated, dedicated and confident young Irish leaders continue to step forth to lead Ireland – and the world – through the 21st century.

As the Partnership prepares to celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2026, its commitment to Ireland’s future is greater than ever. A new round of fundraising events here in the U.S. will further impact Ireland in the most positive way.

The fundraising season kicks off in December, with IAP’s Young Partners Holiday Celebrations on December 2 in New York City, then in Boston on December 15.  In the New Year, the popular Annual Nollaig na mBan Women’s Leadership Breakfast takes place in Washington, DC on January 8, then in Boston on January 15 at the Boston Harbor Hotel.

In March, the Partnership’s Annual St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast Celebration takes place on March 13 at the Union League Club of Chicago. Then on March 17, the St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast Celebration takes place at the Intercontinental Hotel in Boston.

The gratitude of the Irish people is eternal, as the Partnership continues to invest in schools, community organizations, university scholarships, education centers for homeless youth, Gaelic games, and arts and culture throughout the island, as well as peace and reconciliation initiatives in Northern Ireland.

Forty years on, and the Irish American Partnership’s mission continues as a transatlantic bridge of generosity and hope.
