Patriot Place Irish Festival Expands to Three Days, March 15-17, 2025

The 14th Annual Irish Festival at Patriot Place, one of the region’s most popular events each March, is expanding in 2025 as it goes from a one to three-day celebration of Irish culture in greater Boston on March 15-17. 

The events at Patriot Place North Marketplace is free and open to the public and takes place rain or shine. It is located adjacent to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts. 

The festival’s expandeds format over St. Patrick’s Day weekend gives patrons an added taste of live Irish music, step dancing, children’s activities and Irish-themed programs both indoors and outdoors. 

The Old Colony Highlanders Pipe Band opens the festival on Saturday, March 15 at 11 a.m. and perform throughout the weekend. Top local bands at this year’s Irish Festival include Devri, Jenny’s Chickens, the Fenian Sons, Black Velvet Band, Finbar Doyle, Pour Man Band and more. 

Many of the region’s finest Irish dance academies are showcasing their young dancers, including Sullivan School of Irish Dance, Keane O’Brien Academy, Greene-O’Leary School of Irish Dance, Sullivan- Stewart School of Irish Dance and Harney Pender Keady Academy of Irish Dance. 

Patriot Place restaurants including The Harp, Six String Grill and Stage and Wormtown Brewery are all hosting family-friendly Irish-themed events while offering food and beverage throughout the weekend. 

An Irish Vendor Village in the North Marketplace features local Irish gift shops and artisans offering a wide variety of apparel and other items.

We’re counting down the days until we can celebrate the joys of Irish culture and welcome spring alongside our guests at the Irish Festival.” 

Throughout the weekend, guests can go to the Advantage App for a special scavenger hunt, bonus check-in points and enter to win an exclusive giveaway. 

This year two hotels, Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn, are offering special Irish Fest packages, which include a room and breakfast buffet for two, complete with an Irish flair.
