The Irish are renowned for their great sense of humor and their ability to have a good laugh! That's what is in store for you at a special performance of Incident at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, presented by the Greater Boston Stage Company (GBSC) this St. Patrick's Day season.
The entertaining family comedy is set in 1973, featuring the O'Shea family and their hilarious escapades, told through the memory of 19-year-old daughter Linda O'Shea. It's fun, sentimental, uproarious and uplifting at the same time.
Thanks to our friends at the GBSC, we're giving away a pairs of tickets to the opening night 7:30 pm performance on Thursday, March 3rd.
Enter below to try your luck! The lucky winners will be notified and announced here on Monday, February 28th, so be sure to leave your phone number so we can text to let you know if you're the lucky winner!
A good Irish Catholic family in the 1970s delivers shenanigans, sins, and some sage advice.
19-year old Linda introduces us to the O'Shea household during a crucial four days of her life in 1973. Follow the family as they navigate relationships, the facts of life, and their Priest, Father Lovett, at the same time. A comedy for anyone who has experienced - as Linda says - "Catholic guilt. Also known as Jewish guilt, Methodist guilt, Baptist guilt, Lutheran guilt and atheist guilt" - and made it out alive. (Recommended for ages 13 and up).
