  • We also list your event on our online monthly calendar (see example here), with a link directly to your individual contest page to maximize exposure. On the calendar, WIN FREE TIX is listed directly above your listing so it stands out on the calendar page.
  • We send one e-blast via Constant Contact to 16,000+ opt-in subscribers, including media, who follow Irish/Celtic/World cultural activities.
  • We recommend sending the e-blast about 2-3 weeks in advance of your show and we close out the contest two days before the show allowing for maximum exposure time.
  • The e-blast directs browsers to your individual contest page and ticket sales, and the e-blast is unique to your show.
  • We select the winner, notify them by text/telephone or email and send winning names to you for will call pick up for the night of the show. Winner redeems tickets with picture ID directly before the show.
  • The Cost to participate is $500.00 per promotion. We offer discounts for 3 or more shows within a one year timeframe, and we also offer discounted combo packages which include contests along with print advertising in our Travel & Culture magazine (published 3 times per year: March, June & November).
  • BITA provides all art work and text for the contest and you are welcome to provide your own, if you wish.
  • Minimum two (2) tickets required to run a contest - all tickets come in pairs.
  • Winning seats no more than ½-way back in the venue.
    You get to approve and amend the e-blast and contest pages before each goes live.
  • Note: We only send one e-blast via Constant Contact per contest. It is imperative you proof all information prior to the e-blast.
  • You get to pick the date and time to send out the e-blast. We recommend 2-3 weeks prior to closing the contest.
  • Please ensure you proof all text, images, and particularly links as we only send one e-blast per contest.
  • Winners are announced on the General Contest Page after we close the contest. For privacy, we use only the winner's first name and last name initial. Other than the winning entry form, we do not share, sell, buy or distribute any e-mail names / addresses. All participants are opt-in.
  • We do not share reports but we are happy to add your tracking link if you wish to track a specific URL.
