The last time Irish comic David Nihill performed in Boston, it was a sold-out show! And now Nihill is back with a new show, Shelf Help, taking place at The Wilbur on Sunday, April 6.
We have a pair of free tickets to give away to a lucky winner, thanks to our friends at The Wilbur.
Born and raised in Dublin, Nihill left Ireland when he was 22, and quickly became addicted to travel, living and working in twelve different countries while visiting over seventy. His shows draw on his travel experiences as a mildly confused immigrant, recounting hilarious cultural observations, attempts to learn foreign languages and international drinking sessions along the way.
David is the winner of the prestigious San Francisco Comedy Competition, joining previous finalists such as Robin Williams, Ellen DeGeneres and Dana Carvey, and was runner up in the Moth’s largest US Grandslam storytelling competition. A bestselling writer, David recorded his debut special for Dry Bar Comedy in 2019 and has been featured on TED.com, Sirius XM, The Irish Independent, Inc, NPR, and the Huffington Post. A festival favourite, David’s videos have also gone viral many times over with 400+ million views and a social following of more than 1.5 million people.
