Annual Town and the City Festival

This multi-day Town and City Festival takes place in various event spaces, bars, cafes, and galleries throughout downtown Lowell, Massachusetts. The festival celebrates the spirit of writer and native son Jack Kerouac in direct and indirect ways. It is named after Kerouac’s earliest novel which was primarily set in the historic mill city of Lowell.
