CIS: Memorial Remembrance Ceremony and Luncheon

On Friday, May 22, 2026 at 12 Noon, in advance of Memorial Day, the Charitable Irish Society will assemble at the Old Granary Burying Ground on Tremont Street in Boston (next to the Park Street Church) at the grave of William Hall, the first known President of the Charitable Irish Society. The Society will honor Hall for his service by placing a wreath on his grave, and say a prayer in memory of recently deceased members and friends of the Society.

Following the memorial service, the CIS will proceed to the Union Club of Boston for the traditional luncheon. You are cordially invited to attend the memorial service and/or the luncheon.

The cost of the luncheon is $70.00 per person. Seating is limited, and registration is required by May 15.
