Traditional and contemporary music from the Celtic World.

Cape Cod based fiddler Rose Clancy, carries forward the music played by multiple generations of her family with roots dating back to 1950s Ireland, where members of the Clancy family played at country dances and concerts throughout Ireland.

Rose is joined by Max Cohen, guitarist and singer. The duo pays tribute to its origins through a special blend of contemporary and traditional tunes and songs, infused with influences from Ireland, Scotland, Cape Breton and New England.

“lovely, energetic music played without pretension”. Daniel Neely, The Irish Echo

‘Powerful fiddling from an Irish American who also knows the Scottish and Cape Breton traditions” Alex Monaghan, Folkworld
