Dennis Lehane is a Boston native and the author of 14 novels, including Mystic River; Gone, Baby, Gone; Shutter Island; and Small Mercies. His books have become international bestsellers, translated into over 30 languages. Five of his novels have been adapted into films, and among them, Lehane himself adapted The Drop. Lehane has also written for HBO’s “The Wire” and was a writer-producer for HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire,” Netflix’s “Bloodline,” and television adaptations of three Stephen King novels. He wrote and produced the acclaimed Apple TV+ limited series “Black Bird” and is currently developing a new series for the platform. He lives with his family in California.
Moderated by Rob “Hardy” Poole, 98.5 Sports Hub, the conversation with the author will be followed by an interactive Q&A and book signing. Guests are welcome to bring their own copy or purchase books on site through The Next Chapter Books and More.
